Isidra accept returns within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges, returns or price adjustments.  FINAL SALE items include some sale merchandise, intimate apparel and accessories.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on Intimate apparel and accessories.

Isidra does not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery or exchanges might not be approved.

Returns are only available for orders shipping within the USA. A $10.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund, unless you are processing an exchange.

Return items must be shipped back within 3 business days after the return is approved by our customer service. Otherwise the refund will not be admitted. Customer must pay for the return or exchanges.
